Overview
Tíhwrā Se was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1365, by Yó̄nḱ Mp̪ftór 'Desi Buzz' Sēr Vúchī̄ Vúchī̋ Ji̊wo Jones Wogan Every. The establishment of Tíhwrā Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Yó̄nḱ Mp̪ftór 'Desi Buzz' Sēr Vúchī̄ Vúchī̋ Ji̊wo Jones Wogan Every struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Tíhwrā Se as a prison colony.
Tíhwrā Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tíhwrā Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Tíhwrā Se is is constructed arround a series of narrow cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Tíhwrā Se's failry decent fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
A look around Tíhwrā Se gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. A second look around Tíhwrā Se makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had.
Civic Infrastructure
Tíhwrā Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Tíhwrā Se.

Tíhwrā Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Tíhwrā Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Tíhwrā Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Tíhwrā Se possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Tíhwrā Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Tíhwrā Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Tíhwrā Se has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Tíhwrā Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is short in Tíhwrā Se.
The Crawling Hand near Tíhwrā Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Tíhwrā Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves performance art to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via singing.
